Bylaws of Indiana Mineral Aggregates Association, Inc. (hereinafter IMAA)

ARTICLE 3 Purposes

IMAA shall conduct all its business, meetings and other affairs in strict compliance with the applicable

anti-trust and trade regulation laws.  Officers, staff, directors and members are directed to adhere to

this policy when engaging in any IMAA activity and to immediately report to the Executive Director,

for appropriate advice and action, any proposals, activities or incidents that may violate this anti-trust

compliance requirement.  Any violation of this procedure is unequivocally contrary to IMAA policy.
