The IMAA Committees worked hard to secure an excellent line-up of speakers and presentations for the 2013 Winter Workshops. Along with some new events like the Inaugural Trade Show, Spouses' Wine & Canvas party, and an additional Welcome Reception on Tuesday night at the stunning JW Marriott, the 2013 Winter Workshops promises to be a can't-miss event!

Exhibit Booth registration fees include exhibit booth space, 6 ft or high boy table, two chairs, waste basket, electrical outlet, pipe and drape, booth identification sign, and 1 Winter Workshops registration for the primary booth attendee. Operations Seminar registration fee includes 1 attendee with meals for the Operations Seminar and Welcome Reception on 2/5/13 ONLY. Winter Workshops registration fee includes all meetings with related materials, Welcome Reception, Awards Luncheon, Associates Reception, and Safety Luncheon registration as well as both breakfast meals for 1 attendee. Spouse/Guest registration fees include all meals during the Winter Workshops and the Spouse Activity. You may register for Receptions and Luncheons individually (please do not mark if registering for the entire Winter Workshops). All attendees have access to the Trade Show during the scheduled operating hours.
Please Note: There will be no registration refunds given after January 18, 2013. Substitutions are always welcome!
2013 IMAA Inaugural Trade Show
The Trade Show is open to IMAA Members Only. If you are interested in having a booth at the IMAA Trade Show, but you are not yet a member, please read through our Member Benefits, fill out the online Membership Application form to begin the membership process, or contact the IMAA office if you have any questions.
The 2013 IMAA Winter Workshops will feature the Inaugural IMAA Trade Show! It is the ideal time and place for IMAA Associate members to display their products and services to a targeted group of Producer members. So as not to distract from the educational aspect of the Workshops, the Trade Show is only open during the Welcome Reception on 1/29, the General Session Breakfast on 1/30, and the Associates Reception on 1/30.
