  • Exhibit Booth registration fees include 10'x10'x10' exhibit booth space, 6 ft or high boy table, two chairs, waste basket, electrical outlet, pipe and drape, booth identification sign, and 1 Winter Workshops registration for the primary booth attendee.
  • Operations Seminar registration fee includes 1 attendee with meals for the Operations Seminar and Welcome Reception on 1/29/18 ONLY.
  • Winter Workshops registration fee includes all meetings with related materials, Welcome Reception, Awards Luncheon, Associates Reception, and Safety Luncheon registration as well as both breakfast meals for 1 attendee.
  • Smoke School registration includes an EPA Method 9 Visible Emissions Certification through OpacitAir. This registration also includes access to the Trade Show and Welcome Reception on Monday evening.
  • Additional Booth Attendee registration includes Welcome Reception (1/29), Awards Luncheon (1/30), Associates Reception (1/30) as well as the Tuesday breakfast and Tuesday Workshop Sessions. Additional Booth Attendees are not registered for Wednesday activities.
  • You may register for Luncheons individually or select a single day to attend (please do not mark if registering for the entire Winter Workshops).
  • Please register any guests (such as spouses), for any meals they may be attending.
  • All attendees have access to the Trade Show during the scheduled operating hours.

Please Note: There will be no registration refunds given after January 12, 2018. Substitutions are always welcome!

Registration Frequently Asked Questions

How can I register for the 2018 Winter Workshops & Trade Show or the Operations Seminar?

There are two ways to register—you can fill out the 2018 IMAA Operations Seminar + Winter Workshops & Trade Show Registration Form (please print legibly) and submit it to the IMAA office. This form is used for ALL registration items (Winter Workshops, Trade Show, and the Operations Seminar). You can also register online.

There are a lot of check boxes on the form! What do I need to fill out?

Please be sure to check the Registration Item boxes for each item you are registering. Remember: the Welcome Reception, Associates Reception, Awards Luncheon and Safety Luncheon are all included in the Winter Workshops registration—you do not need to check these Registration Items if you have checked the Winter Workshops box.

Why do I need to provide an email for each Attendee?

IMAA would like to keep our attendees informed of agenda updates, schedule changes, speaker presentations, etc. Attendees also receive a registration confirmation to let them know that they have been registered. We would also like to invite our attendees to complete a survey after the event. The email addresses will not be distributed in any way.

Can I register more than one person at once?

Yes, there are multiple Attendee sections on the registration form (BE SURE TO CHECK THE REGISTRATION ITEM BOXES FOR EACH ATTENDEE). You can copy the first page for more attendees and total everything on the second page. You can also register multiple attendees online—be sure to fill out the Attendee Information for each individual (Name, Company, Email) on the Attendees screen of the online registration process (scroll down the page to change the information - otherwise your billing information is copied for each attendee).

What is included in the Additional Booth Attendee registration?

Additional Booth Attendee registrations are for staff that will be working your Trade Show booth. The registration includes the Welcome Reception on Monday night, the breakfast on Tuesday morning, the Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, and the Associates Reception on Tuesday evening. Since the Trade Show ends Tuesday evening, Additional Booth Attendees are NOT registered for Wednesday activities. If you would like those working your Trade Show booth to attend the activities on Wednesday, please register them for the Full Winter Workshops ($375).

What are the Registration Deadlines?

Early Registration for the Winter Workshops ends Friday, January 12, 2018. The registration fee increases after this date. Registration for the IMAA Trade Show and Operations Seminar CLOSES Friday, January 19, 2018 or if the events are filled before this date.

What direction will the pipe and drape run for the Trade Show booths?

The pipe and drape creating a back wall for the Trade Show booths will run from the main entrance of the Trade Show hall to the back wall (south to north). For example, booths 26 and 27 will be split by the pipe and drape wall, whereas booths 25 and 26 will be split by a short divider.

Can I have the same booth I had last year?

Well, yes and no. You can certainly claim the same booth number as the previous year if it is still available when you register (Remember: Trade Show booths are sold on a first-come, first-served basis). Please check the Trade Show Floor Diagram for reserved booths and the layout.

What is the ceiling height in the Trade Show hall (Griffin Hall)?

The ceiling has a clearance of 12 feet in the Trade Show space.

Can I have a list of Winter Workshops Attendees?

Of course! You can download a live list of current attendees right here. Need them in a spreadsheet? You can download the .XLS file here. Remember, we do not share attendee contact information.
